Your full-scale sushi restaurant will offer customers dine-in, takeaway and delivery options. This model will require an investment estimated to be between £180,000 and £240,000 depending on the location and fit out costs.

• We have found that a location with 1,200 sq ft works best as the space allows for higher turnover.
• This option is well suited for a location in higher footfall areas, such as high street locations or shopping malls.

Dark Kitchen Delivery Model

Your dark kitchen model will offer customers delivery options only. This model requires a much lower level of initial investment, estimated at around £30,000.

• You do not need to rent or fit out large space in a high footfall area.
