Access4Lofts Appoint First Franchise Operations Director

As part of their ongoing commitment to strengthening their network, Access4Lofts Loft Storage Franchise have appointed a franchise operations director with effect from 1st June 2020.

“It has always been our intention to recruit an Operations Director in our financial year 2020/21. The main reason for this is to continue to provide high levels of support to our network and to help franchisees grow their businesses, as the main franchise business grows.” Says Director Graham Ormesher.

The appointment will also allow Directors Tim, Lindsay Brown and Graham to focus more on the strategy required to move the franchise business forward and more national initiatives.

“We believed this role would be best filled by someone with knowledge of the franchise and hands-on experience of running and growing franchise business, so we approached our franchise network first” explained Marketing Director Lindsay Brown.

The successful applicant was Paul Norgate. Paul became the Peterborough franchisee in July 2018 and has consistently exceeded targets. The Peterborough territory is the fastest-growing new start territory in the network and Paul recruited a member of staff within his first 6 months of trading. The Access4Lofts management team strongly believe that Paul has all the right attributes to offer support and guidance to the growing network of franchisees and to help expand their businesses.

Paul came into the franchise with a track record in senior positions, with his latest role being the Sales and Marketing Director for an international power company. He also has a wealth of experience negotiating large national contracts and operational management across large teams in multidisciplinary organisations.
