With extensive experience in internal communications and project leadership, James is perfectly positioned to help franchisees maximise their potential. Previously, he led global internal communications at a London-based digital marketing agency, where he built connections across continents, streamlined processes, and delivered campaigns with measurable results. This expertise will now be channelled into empowering activ’s franchise partners to build stronger, more successful businesses.
