Kare Plus Ashford recently celebrated its one-year anniversary of launching homecare services by attaining a ‘Good’ rating during a Care Quality Commission (CQC) audit.
Attaining a ‘Good’ rating during your first CQC rating process is a fantastic achievement that’s reflective of Kare Plus Ashford and its commitment to the delivery of high-quality care services.
Registered Care Manager, Matthew Stacy and Franchise Partner, Paul Tiltman, were both overjoyed at the rating.
“This was my first CQC inspection, so it was a fantastic feeling to have achieved a ‘Good’ rating,” commented Matthew.
Matthew continued: “We regularly ran internal audits to ensure all of our systems and paperwork were always up to date and If there was ever anything we were unsure about, we could rely on the support and expertise of the head office team.”
