My oh my… Rebrand announcement!

Introducing My Property Pros… The exterior cleaning specialists.

After more than six months in the making, My Window Cleaner is proud to announce its full, business-wide rebrand to My Property Pros. With a new name and an impressive new look, the move is designed to take the award-winning franchise to the next level.

“It’s been a long time since window cleaning was our only revenue stream” explains founder, Karen Prewer. “As My Property Pros, we can truly showcase the strength and scope of our franchise. To say this is revolutionary is an understatement – franchisees are already outperforming predictions!”

My Property Pros’ lucrative, multiple revenue streams have been the driving force behind its phenomenal transformation. Whilst still a core service, window cleaning has long since sat alongside other equally popular exterior cleaning services including gutter cleaning and maintenance, render cleaning, jet washing and conservatory cleaning. More recently the brand launched a new service which coincides with the rebrand – and demand has soared. My Property Pros newest service, roof cleaning, has the potential to generate £1500 revenue per day. And existing franchisees are already making incredible gains!

New recruit, Ashley Stevens, was the first ever My Property Pros franchisee. Hitting the ground running in Kingswinford in April 2024, he’s already smashed records as the most successful launch in the history of the network. With grand plans for his business, Ashley intends to enjoy all that the award-winning franchise has to offer.

“I wanted something that would give me a sense of pride, with time for my kids, and a great lifestyle. I did wonder if I was trying to ‘have it all’ but as it turns out, you can. My long-term plan is to be multi-territory; I know what I need to do to get there and the plans are in place to achieve it. Roof cleaning is going to be a complete game changer. I had three enquiries on day one just from my van signage and since then, it’s been non-stop!”

Ashley’s fellow franchisee, Victoria Phelps of MPP Maldon & Whitham, also joined the franchise during its rebrand; attracted by the potential to scale and the impressive – and often surprising – infrastructure behind the business. “My Property Pros is a fresh, sophisticated franchise offering a high-demand service.
