Neighbourly®, part of the world’s largest franchisor of home service brands, has appointed Philip Carr as UK Managing Director with immediate effect.
Philip will take over the reins from Jeff Meyers, who has been Vice-President of International Operations for the past seven years, and will be responsible for both managing the business and supporting the growth and expansion of the six brands across the UK. Jeff will continue to head up Neighbourly UK during this transitional process, and over the next six to nine months, departments and brands will transfer over to Philip’s responsibility.

Jeff Meyers, Vice-President of International Operations for Neighbourly, said: “It’s always been Neighborly’s and my desire to have strong local leadership in the UK, and we’ve definitely got that in Philip. The UK will always be special to me and I’m really proud of everything we have built, but it’s time for me to hand direction to someone who has real roots here.”
Jeff Meyers will return to Neighborly’s Global Headquarters in Waco Texas, where he will take on other international related projects, and spend more time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He will continue to head up the Neighbourly operations in Germany and Austria and will remain as a vital conduit for the UK.
