New customer acquisition records

Whilst we navigate the ‘new normal’ it’s perfectly acceptable to question the ability to attract and gain new lawn care customers during these uncertain times. We’ve had franchisees join us throughout this uncertainty and it’s always good to see how they’re getting on with the challenges most businesses are facing.

As part of our regular contact with franchise owners we’ve established some great results for our newest franchise owners and we are thrilled to share these with you.

TruGreen West Sussex have been in business for 7 months and in this short period of time have welcomed 160 regular customers to the brand and their business in particular. This phenomenal growth is down to the proud business owner, Dominic Haydon. His investment in marketing and delivering great lawn care services has meant that his business has surpassed the expectations of the business model and he isn’t looking to stop any time soon.

“In my corporate life I was overseeing teams of staff and always tried to encourage them to deliver excellent customer service. When it became time for a change, I knew I could deliver a service, understanding what the customer actually wanted. TruGreen echoed the same sentiments!” said Dominic.

Dominic has also received many glowing 5* reviews from his customers further promoting his great work to others.

TruGreen Hampshire South enjoyed a growth of 70 customers within just 6 weeks! The husband-and-wife duo completed their training academy and set on with attracting customers to their new venture. Alwyn and Sandra have also surpassed the assumptions of the model with their effort and there is no stopping them now.

Our franchise model is a modest illustration of what can be achieved by operating the business following our business model. It’s great to be able to demonstrate that higher rewards can be achieved through amplifying the model and driving the business further forward.
