In 2019 PetStay were so excited to see two branches expand their franchise area and purchase second branches.
Lauren who joined PetStay in 2016 to run the Huddersfield, Halifax and Barnsley branch had grown year on year and was enjoying it so much, that when the opportunity came up, Lauren bought her second branch in Sheffield.
It didn’t stop there, when Sue & Simon who are our franchisees for the PetStay West Midlands North branch had a chance to purchase a second branch too. So, in September, this is what they did! They now run the PetStay West Midlands South branch also and are enjoying every moment.
With branches joining us throughout the year, we had our last one join us with only a couple of weeks to go before Christmas. We welcomed Alistair who runs the Somerset branch and is very excited to see how he can make his branch grow. January is going to be a busy time for Alistair as lots of our customers book their 2020 holidays in this month. Thrown in at the deep end springs to mind!
We cannot wait to meet more franchisees in 2020 to join the PetStay family!
