Sandler franchisees rate their support as 5-star in independent survey

Sandler franchisees have spoken – and their satisfaction is loud and clear.

The sales and business consultancy franchise has been recognised for its stellar support after a confidential, independent survey of its franchisees, with Sandler awarded 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction status based on their feedback.

Research and benchmarking firm Smith+Henderson anonymously asked franchisees for their views on Sandler’s training, leadership and culture. Each year just a handful of the UK’s approximately 1,000 franchisors attain the 5 Star Satisfaction badge of honour, awarded after comparisons between franchisors to highlight those brands receiving the best collective feedback.

Sandler’s UK operations director, Fiona Thomson, said: “We’re very honoured to have been recognised this way by our franchisees. What makes it special is that it’s based exclusively on their opinions, not assessed by a panel of judges. Our role as a franchisor is to support our franchisees to develop their businesses and attain their personal goals, and this is them confirming that we’re successfully doing that.

“To have this kind of feedback really means a lot to everyone at head office. It gives us further incentive to continue to push the boundaries when it comes to making sure our franchisees have everything they need to build sustainable, profitable businesses.”

Smith+Henderson’s methodology for the award states: “In order to be awarded 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction, a franchisor must meet some important conditions…and must allow our research team to confidentially survey all of their franchise owners trading in the UK. We ask questions about the quality of the training and support provided by the franchisor, the competitiveness of the products/services and the quality of the relationship with their franchisor.”

The award comes just days before Marcus Cauchi becomes the second UK franchisee to receive Sandler’s global Pinnacle Award, for billing over £250,000 in a four-month period – with others in the UK network in line to follow in his footsteps soon.
