I feel very confident about my growth potential and took the bold step to buy a second territory, so now also own Cambridge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Challenges:\u00a0<\/strong>Recruiting the right clerks, has been a challenge for me, and I\u2019m still experimenting the best way to do this in my area. I have a great clerk in Cambridge, which Head Office sourced for me, and I now need to match this in mid-suffolk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Best Bits about the job:<\/strong>\u00a0I really enjoy being my own boss and having that flexibility. Now, my income is starting to steadily increase, im enjoying that too!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales and Marketing Tip:\u00a0<\/strong>Be consistent.
