Trophy Pet Foods have named their 2018 Franchisee of the Year at their 25th<\/sup> National Conference this week.<\/h3>\n

The franchised service which provides a mobile pet food delivery service for pet owners throughout the UK focused on the people who make their brand a success.<\/p>\n

The event, led by Sales Director, Sue Reid, is a thank you for all the hard work from their franchisees across the UK and marks 28 years of continued success.<\/p>\n

Sue said, \u201cOur 25th<\/sup> conference is a proud celebration for Trophy Pet Foods and a lot of fun too. We love what we do and are privileged to work with such talented hard-working people who have made us a UK brand leader in the pet food delivery sector. With our franchisees going from strength to strength, the overall picture is very positive indeed\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Trophy franchisees travelled from areas across the UK to attend the event which included a conference, plant tour and award ceremony. Franchisees were given the first glimpse of the company’s new plans for growth and development over the next 12 months in a digital world. And as is customary at franchisee conferences, there were awards for all the Top Dogs.<\/p>\n

Congratulations go to Matthew Cose – Trophy<\/strong> Franchisee of the Year 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Local business owner Matt, Trophy Pet Foods Torbay scooped the title of Franchisee of the Year at the event for his outstanding expansion within his business, this being the 2nd<\/sup> Trophy Franchisee of the Year award Matt has won.<\/p>\n

Matt has been a franchise business owner since May 2010.<\/p>\n

\u201cMatt’s enthusiasm is contagious and this is reflected on how positive and engaged his customers are with the delivery service Matt provides. Since joining the business 8 years ago, he has built up an excellent customer base grown by referrals with exemplary customer service. Matt is the perfect example of a highly successful franchise business owner and this is reflected in the service he provides, having also won our Trophy Customer Service Award for 2018, as voted for by our Trophy customers\u201d<\/em> said Sue.<\/p>\n

Franchisee Newcomer of the Year<\/strong> 2018<\/strong> went to Trophy Pet Foods Cheshire & Wrexham.<\/p>\n

After only a few weeks of operating the business, Russell has an established customer base and is working hard, with the support of his wife Wendy, at delivering fantastic results across their local area.<\/p>\n

Winners of the Performance Franchisee 2018<\/strong> were Tina & Graham Bingham<\/strong> of Trophy Pet Foods East Kent who have seen continued steady growth with new customers throughout the past year and Ian and Cheryl Cleary<\/strong> of Trophy Pet Foods Peterbourgh who have seen their customer base double this last year.<\/p>\n

10 Year and 15 Year Awards <\/strong>went to Mary Burns<\/strong> of Trophy Pet Foods Cumbernauld and John Thurley <\/strong>of Trophy Pet Food Stafford, respectively. A reflection of the Brand to see such longevity; with franchisees operating the business with the same passion and enthusiasm they had from day one, to today.<\/p>\n

The President’s Award<\/strong> went to John & Karen Purnell<\/strong> for the 7th<\/sup> year in a row, from Trophy Pet Foods Warminster!!<\/p>\n

And <\/strong>the much sort after Trophy Customer Service Award 2018<\/strong> as voted for by Trophy Customers went to Matt Cose<\/strong>, Trophy Pet Foods Torbay, Debbie Wilson<\/strong>, Trophy Pet Foods Tailwaggers and Marion Clemens<\/strong>, Trophy Pet Foods Wessex.<\/p>\n
