I am so pleased to be a part of the Apollo family. In the past year, I have had so much help and support from all of the team when it has been needed. The whole team will work together to support other franchises when it is needed if there is a staffing problem.
\nThe office team are really responsive to any queries which we may have regarding day to day running of the business or setting up a new franchise and registering with CQC as a new provider and a new registered manager.<\/p>\n

We know if we need any advice, head office team are just at the end of the phone. Head office are continually looking at ways to improve our services with input from the franchisees.

I did not have any clients to start with. I was given a marketing plan and full training. This was a journey where I needed (and sometimes still do) guidance and support. I can honestly say that the support is there from day one. You never feel like you are alone.<\/p>\n

I have had so much help from other franchisees also who have gone out of their way to assist me. I now own my own business but I am part of a bigger wonderful team.<\/p>\n

We didn\u2019t look at other franchises as after meeting Cheryl our initial discussion about buying the franchise, we were sold!!!…
\n…The good thing about joining a franchise was also the part of being involved in an ever-growing company with a similar outlook to ourselves wanting to make a positive impact and change on vulnerable people.<\/p>\n

With various opportunities and support from head office and the South Liverpool branch in particular, we have been able to grow and leave our old jobs a lot earlier than planned.<\/p>\n
