We have regular meetings and calls to share best practice, and to support our other franchisee partners, so even though we are on our own individual journey, we also feel very much like a team.<\/p>\n<p>The most recent challenges with the pandemic have been a great learning experience for me, we had to change quickly into virtual learning so we could still provide tutoring to our clients. There have actually been a lot of positive responses to this change.<\/p>\n<p>The support and guidance we received from Chris and SIE UK team was invaluable.<\/p>\n<p>SIE is a huge opportunity for us all, especially as we are coming through the other side of the pandemic, the growth in private tutoring is incredible!<\/p>\n<p>On a personal level, I\u2019m excited about the future of this business and where it will take me!
