Everyone talks about success and how to achieve it, like success is some sort of shining goal where you will one day be able to sit and say \u201cAha! I\u2019ve made it!\u201d. That\u2019s why we see so many books and self-help guides promise to tell you how to get there. If it was that easy, we\u2019d all be doing it, right?<\/p>\n

Our experience of running the Granite & TREND Transformations franchise tells a very different story about the nature of success. It is all too easy to just look at the bottom line \u2013 how much money is made, how many awards you\u2019ve won \u2013 those are important markers but there is a whole lot more to it than that.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve found that success is not something you achieve, it\u2019s something you work on every day, no matter how advanced you think you are on your journey. It requires constant attention and it isn\u2019t always about reaching a destination.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s because success isn\u2019t an end goal, it is a process.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re never done. You\u2019re never there. It\u2019s about always looking ahead and putting yourself on the right path.<\/p>\n

Even though we are now one of the world\u2019s leading home improvement franchises, we\u2019re still learning this lesson every day.
