Hello, I\u2019m Chris Wyle, Master Franchisee for School is Easy Great Britain.\u00a0 Firstly \u2013 thank you for the interest you have shown so far in joining our business.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important that you get a feel for the people behind the business that you\u2019re considering investing in, so I wanted to share with you why I decided to join School is Easy.<\/p>\n

My journey to becoming Master Franchisee started in around 2012 when I was feeling pretty disillusioned with my management role within financial services.\u00a0 I loved the elements of helping my teams develop new skills but was dissatisfied with the daily grind and I wanted to be able to enjoy my growing family.\u00a0 I coupled my passion for people development with my drive to be my own boss and with those things I found a home with a Pitman Training franchise.<\/p>\n

I opened my first Pitman Training centre in Birmingham and from there, up until the time of writing this note to you, I scaled my business to include 8 training centres.\u00a0 I was thrilled when the Pitman Training franchise network was purchased by a forward-thinking Ed-Tech company called LaunchLife Inc and even more thrilled when they introduced me to one of their other excellent educational brands (yes you\u2019ve guessed it: School is Easy!) and asked if I\u2019d like to become Master Franchisee for England, Scotland and Wales.<\/p>\n

That was back in late 2020 and since then we\u2019ve been rapidly expanding our network which is testament to the incredible demand for private tutoring. In fact, the demand is predicted to grow year on year by 14% which means the UK industry will be worth a staggering \u00a34.5bn by 2025.<\/p>\n

In me, I believe you have a Franchisor who knows exactly what it is like to dream of a better work-life balance, to make it happen, to experience the setbacks, to celebrate the successes and ultimately build an empire!<\/p>\n
