(\u201cMBE\u201d) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority ownership share of World Options, a UK-based provider of shipping, delivery and logistics services with more than 120 franchisees and agents across the UK, USA, Australia, the Netherlands and Belgium.<\/p>\n<p>MBE Worldwide is a leading commerce-enablement platform providing e-commerce, fulfillment, shipping, marketing and print solutions to SMBs and consumers. In 2021, MBE served over 1 mln business customers worldwide generating \u20ac1.01 bln (US$1.2 bln) of system wide sales, through its 2,900+ service centres in 53 countries, and \u20ac24 bln (US$28.5 bln) of gross merchandise value traded through its PrestaShop e-commerce solutions.<\/p>\n<p>World Options is a tech-enabled shipping service provider, serving over 10,000 SMBs with all their shipping needs, from small parcels to large freight, both domestically and internationally.
