The success of BabyBeats led to the natural progression of Mindful Movers. Parents love BabyBeats and when their little ones get too old, we accommodated the demand for classes with our fantastic Mindful Movers toddler and parent class\u2026 after the great success of these classes we then work shopped within schools and educational settings and developed the program to hit key milestones and run in line with the government curriculum.<\/p>\n

We now cater from 6 weeks old all the way up to age 12\u2026. Still our clients were wanting more\u2026 Anne from Exeter East even had her clients come back to do BabyBeats without their babies because they loved the class and the content so much!<\/p>\n

So why not add another revenue stream for our clients, we already have the demographic in place and the need for classes that prepares your body for daily activities are few and far between. Functional Foundations was then born, this class is all about supporting the body\u2026 anybody\u2026and it doesn\u2019t need to be just a postnatal woman. We have opened up our client base and brought in a whole new revenue stream for our franchisees!<\/p>\n

So, what is Functional Foundations and why is it so unique?<\/em><\/p>\n

Functional Foundations is a type of class that focuses on strength, stretching, core, pelvic floor and relaxation. It readies the body for daily activities and can support the body post birth, post injury or to ease everyday aches and pains. We are preparing the body for real life movement\u2026 a lot of lifestyles can be sedentary or involve multiple repetitive actions such as lifting, driving, bending, pushing etc, we combat these movement types by incorporating multi joint exercises to improve range of movement, build strength and functionality of the body. Relaxation is our final element where we let the body and mind explore different ways to rest. Allowing our bodies to rest is key to refueling and being the best version of ourselves.<\/p>\n

This class is based around real life living and is anything but boring!<\/p>\n
