It&#8217;s judged by fellow business people\/ professionals on a set criteria, and because the judges had no idea whose business it is, it\u2019s based purely on merit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe set ourselves clear targets, pre-covid in 2020, for a three-year plan, in terms of:<\/p>\n<p>1. Turnover<br \/>\n2. Team members<br \/>\n3. Client numbers<br \/>\n4. Net Margin<br \/>\n5.
