The owner was not communicating effectively and was displaying very poor leadership skills. While delivering coaching to the owner on how to communicate effectively, we also worked on engaging the staff in building the company&#8217;s Vision, Mission, Purpose, and Values. The next item was to raise revenue and manage costs so the owner could quit the second job and just run the company. We are now focused on building the company&#8217;s MPPT (Model\/Methodology, Process, People, and Technology) solution that drives the business. All this while continuing to develop the owner&#8217;s leadership skills.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"results\"><\/span><strong>RESULTS<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>So far in our 5-year coaching relationship, annual revenue has increased from $900K\u00a0to $5M. The metrics for employee turnover, employee engagement, employee retention, and customer retention, have all improved dramatically.
