The association strives to brighten people\u2019s futures by showcasing the opportunities for businesses and individuals to transform their lives through franchising, whilst also providing an educational space and accreditations, governed by their high standards and a code of ethics.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly 600 hundred members of the franchising community gathered for the prestigious event, known as the \u2018Oscars of franchising\u2019, to celebrate the finest in franchising in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>The awards were held at\u00a0The Vox Conference Centre\u00a0in Birmingham on 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0November 2023.\u00a0 The winners were:<\/p>\n<h3><b>Franchisor Awards<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Franchisor of the Year \u2013 Gold \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franchiselocal.co.uk\/agency-express\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agency Express<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Franchisor of the Year \u2013 Silver \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franchiselocal.co.uk\/driver-hire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Driver Hire<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Franchisor of the Year \u2013 Bronze \u2013 InXpress<\/li>\n<li>Franchisor of the Year \u2013 Lifestyle \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franchiselocal.co.uk\/extra-help\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Extra Help<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Leadership and Culture \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franchiselocal.co.uk\/revive!\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Revive!<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Brand Awareness \u2013 Water Babies<\/li>\n<li>Emerging \u2013 joint winners Canopy and Rise<\/li>\n<li>Trailblazer &#8211; Water Babies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Franchisee Awards<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lifestyle \u2013 Jen Fisher, Mini First Aid<\/li>\n<li>Next Generation \u2013 Brandon Akerman, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franchiselocal.co.uk\/chipsaway\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ChipsAway<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Community Focus \u2013 Diljit Brar, Costa Coffee<\/li>\n<li>Trailblazer \u2013 Siva Kugathas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franchiselocal.co.uk\/servicemaster-clean\/\">ServiceMaster Clean (Contract Services)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Single Brand, HSBC Best in Class, Multi Unit \u2013 Suhail Rehman, Home Instead<\/li>\n<li>Multi Brand, HSBC Best in Class, Multi Unit \u2013 Raja Adil, The Adil Group<\/li>\n<li>Special Judges Award \u2013\u00a0Angelina Mouralidarane, Iceking<\/li>\n<li>Franchisee People\u2019s Choice &#8211;\u00a0Siva Kugathas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franchiselocal.co.uk\/servicemaster-clean\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ServiceMaster Clean (Contract Services)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pip Wilkins, Chief Executive of the BFA said: <em>\u201cOur huge congratulations to all the winners tonight. We had some fantastic entries this year and these winners really stood out from the crowd.
