Local home care support company Sylvian Care Bracknell & Ascot is marking its fifth year in business. Using their experience in the care industry, sisters-in-law Gabriela and Alina Moldovan launched the business to be closer as a family and now have their husbands working with them in the office team.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve always had a passion for care \u2013 you get a lot back from the people and families you support \u2013 it\u2019s been really rewarding,\u201d said Gabriela. \u201cI\u2019ve met so many amazing people over the last five years. Having the opportunity to work so closely with our local community has been such a pleasure.\u201d<\/p>\n

The branch, located in the Access Business Centre, Bracknell, was launched in March 2019. \u201cOne of the main things for both of us, when we were starting, was to have a real family-feel to the business. Recently, we\u2019ve brought both of our husbands on board, which has made the office feel like a home away from home. We love working in the care industry and we\u2019re really proud of what we\u2019ve achieved \u2013 here\u2019s to another five years!\u201d<\/p>\n

As Sylvian Care celebrates its fifth anniversary, the sisters have recently hired Joanne Clifton as their new registered care manager. \u201cI\u2019m delighted to join the team. Family means a lot to me and to see the family feel of Sylvian Care Bracknell was a real standout.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the past few years, I\u2019ve had the privilege of working in home care and I\u2019m looking forward to liaising with our care professionals and clients in the local community. I\u2019ve got a diverse background in broadcasting and education, so I bring a range of different skills from my career to the role.\u201d<\/p>\n

For Gabriela, Joanne\u2019s appointment gives her more time to work on connecting the business with the wider community. \u201cI\u2019ve been super busy for the last five years! With Joanne joining the team it\u2019ll give me an opportunity to work on raising the profile of the business. We want to partner with local charities to achieve our goal of a family-run business making a positive impact in our community.\u201d<\/p>\n
