There\u2019s something powerful that happens when a woman steps into her own business, not just for her, but for her family, her community and future generations.<\/p>\n

For me, supporting women to start their own businesses isn\u2019t just a job, it\u2019s a calling. Because I\u2019ve been that woman.<\/p>\n

I remember when my children were small, feeling completely stuck. I\u2019d trained and worked in fitness studios for years but the reality was by the time I factored in childcare, any money I could earn was almost completely gone.<\/p>\n

The numbers didn\u2019t add up. But worse than that, neither did the emotions.<\/p>\n

The guilt of even wanting to work was heavy. The idea of leaving my babies, even for a few hours, felt wrong\u2026 and yet, I wanted more. Not just financially, but for myself. I wanted to contribute, to feel purposeful and to keep a part of me alive and that made me feel like a failure.<\/p>\n

I felt like I couldn\u2019t win. Not a full time mum, not a full-time earner.<\/p>\n

That tug of war? That invisible weight? I know I\u2019m not the only one who\u2019s felt it. And that\u2019s exactly why I\u2019m so passionate about helping women build businesses that fit their lives, not the other way around.<\/p>\n

We understand the need for flexibility, and we design smarter, more human ways to work. We create businesses that allow us to be there, for the school runs, the sick days and everything in between. We lift each other up. When one woman succeeds, she often brings others with her.<\/p>\n

Starting my own business wasn\u2019t easy. But it was everything<\/em>. It gave me freedom, purpose, pride and a chance to show my children what\u2019s possible when you commit.<\/p>\n

Now, I help other women do the same, whether it’s through joining a BabyBeats franchise, accessing resources or just having the support and belief that they can do this too.<\/p>\n

Because you can<\/em>. You\u2019re not selfish for wanting more. You\u2019re not a failure for struggling. You\u2019re human. And you\u2019re powerful.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re a woman with a dream, an idea or just the quiet whisper of \u201cthere has to be more than this\u201d, I see you.<\/p>\n
