The team delivers expert business advisory and development services to the owners of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout the UK.<\/p>\n<p>The franchise operates under a distinctive model and framework, developed from many years of coaching experience across a wide range of industries.<\/p>\n<p>Business owner Callum, from CS Creative Spaces, reflects on his time working with UK Growth Coach. He specialises in high end property refurbishments &amp; extensions and high-end landscaping &amp; bespoke joinery. At the start his business was direction-less, it was just himself and a subcontractor, he had no offices, no vehicles, and just a few weeks\u2019 worth of work secured.<\/p>\n<p>But after a couple of years of working with UK Growth Coach, he has offices, clear purpose and direction, a team of 8 (and recruiting for more) a pipeline of \u00a31.2 million and less of his time &#8216;in&#8217; the business, and more &#8216;on&#8217; the business.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what-were-things-like-before-working-with-a-coach\"><\/span><strong>What were things like before working with a coach?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThe situation before we started working with UK Growth Coach was simply me and one other person, we had no office, no direction and no company vehicles.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what-have-you-worked-on-with-your-coach\"><\/span><strong>What have you worked on with your coach?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThe main business aspects we\u2019ve been working on together from the start was the business culture, the direction, sales, marketing, branding and also the finance situation.<br \/>\nSo we\u2019ve also been working on our recruitment processes, to make sure we hire the right people in the right positions. And the induction and onboarding processes, to ensure they come in and follow our team values.<\/p>\n<p>And also the performance as well to ensure they continue to perform in the way that they should.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"has-the-relationship-with-your-coach-changed-over-time\"><\/span><strong>Has the relationship with your coach changed over time?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cSince working with UK Growth Coach, the relationship between us has changed quite a lot. At the very start it was more educational and being held accountable for things we didn\u2019t know or didn\u2019t do.<\/p>\n<p>Whereas now it\u2019s mainly about support and learning how to grow and develop the business side of things.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what-has-the-impact-of-coaching-been-for-you-and-your-business\"><\/span><strong>What has the impact of coaching been for you and your business?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve grown to a team of eight with a long list of subcontractors that help us out on all of our current projects.
