The event offered an energising day of collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition, bringing together office leads from Hertfordshire, Weybridge, Norwich, Farnborough and Chichester.<\/p>\n<p>The session was led by CEO Sarah Sabater, Franchise Development Manager Michelle Hoare, and Senior Growth Specialist Ian Bradley, who each provided in-depth guidance on scaling operations, enhancing recruitment strategies, and preparing for upcoming initiatives across the network.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"expert-insight-from-industry-specialists\"><\/span><strong>Expert Insight from Industry Specialists<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>With a strong focus on practical growth, the day also featured insights from expert guest speakers. Monica Basuc from Atlas Mapping outlined advanced territory planning and market positioning strategies, while Joshua George of Whzan Healthcare demonstrated how digital tools can support efficient, outcomes-led care. Henry Christie-Grey from Homecare.co.uk rounded off the expert sessions with a valuable look at brand reputation, client acquisition, and using client feedback to build trust.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the day, franchisees had the opportunity to participate in open discussions and collaborative workshops. These sessions encouraged the sharing of ideas and solutions, with partners reflecting on both local successes and wider network trends.
