It\u2019s pretty normal for most franchises of this size to have around 10% of their territories available for resale at any given time.<\/p>\n

    Some of these franchisees are relocating, one outside the UK entirely, and others are now coming up to retirement and want to convert their business into a nice pension nest-egg. A couple of others simply want a change or are finding the work too difficult now. After all, this is a very physical job which requires a lot of stair climbing and heavy lifting and sometimes that can be a bit much as you get older.<\/p>\n

    All 106 Access4Lofts franchisees (including the 9 now selling) are absolutely flying. Sales have consistently been up year-on-year for the last 5 years, with record revenue and numbers of jobs booked right across the network in 2025.<\/p>\n
