As we marked 20 years of compassionate, outstanding-quality care, the energy in the room was nothing short of remarkable \u2014 a true reflection of what makes CareYourWay so special.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"reigniting-our-purpose-through-person-centred-care\"><\/span><strong>Reigniting Our Purpose Through Person-Centred Care<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The day began with an unforgettable talk from Tommy Whitelaw, National Lead for Person Centred Voices. Tommy\u2019s journey began as a full-time carer for his mother, who lived with vascular dementia. Sarah is an award-winning entrepreneur who has spent over two decades inspiring creativity and connection through arts and crafts experiences for people of all ages.<\/p>\n<p>During her uplifting session, Sarah shared her \u201cSix Key Steps to Living the Life You Love\u201d and the vision behind this collaboration. She also helped us unveil an exciting new chapter in CareYourWay\u2019s story: the launch of Creative Caf\u00e9s, a new initiative in partnership with The Creation Station.<\/p>\n<p>Creative Caf\u00e9s are designed to bring people together through the power of creativity \u2014 helping to combat loneliness and promote social inclusion for older adults and those we support.
