Franchise Brands\u2019 B2C family – ChipsAway, Ovenclean and Barking Mad – proudly took part in Breast Cancer Now\u2019s annual \u2018Wear it Pink\u2019 day on Friday 24th October, raising vital funds and awareness for life-saving breast cancer research.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s campaign holds special meaning for the group, following the diagnosis of one of their much-loved colleagues, Amy, with breast cancer earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Inspired by her strength, positivity and resilience, the B2C team and networks have rallied together to support her and the cause.<\/p>\n

Pink, Positive and Making a Difference<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Across the Franchise Brands head office and nationwide franchise networks, colleagues showed their support in full colour – donning specially branded pink t-shirts generously printed free of charge by our uniform provider \u2018Your Name On It\u2019, hosting bake sales, and coming together in solidarity – to raise funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Now, the UK\u2019s leading breast cancer charity dedicated to life-changing research and support.<\/p>\n

100 Miles in October: Stepping Up for a Cause That Hits Close to Home<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"AmyIn addition to joining the \u2018Wear it Pink\u2019 day, many colleagues from across the ChipsAway, Ovenclean and Barking Mad brands have been taking part in Breast Cancer Now\u2019s \u2018100 Miles in October\u2019 challenge, including Amy herself! Collectively walking, running and cycling hundreds of miles to raise additional funds and awareness.<\/p>\n

\u201cAmy\u2019s courage has inspired us all,\u201d said Rebecca de Chair, Group Marketing Manager \u2013 B2C Division. \u201cTaking part in both \u2018Wear it Pink\u2019 and the \u2018100 Miles in October\u2019 challenge has given everyone a chance to come together – to do something active, positive and meaningful to support her and this incredible charity.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
