Her journey to business coaching was shaped by a diverse background in engineering, marketing, consultancy and leadership, combined with 20 years of coaching experience. Today, Jenni and her team support more than 80 clients, helping local business owners to grow sustainably, achieve financial success and regain balance in their lives.

“Winning this award is such an honour,” said Jenni. “When I first started ActionCOACH Wakefield, my goal was simple – to help local business owners realise their potential and build the lives they truly want. Seeing our clients thrive, from award wins to record growth, is what makes it all worthwhile. This recognition really belongs to our amazing team and incredible clients!”
