In October 2025 we let you know that Radfield Home Care\u2019s franchise consultant, Rob Dancy, was the newest partner to join the franchise\u2026<\/p>\n

After two decades spent ringside in franchising and helping others to find the perfect opportunity to transform their lives, Rob decided it was his time to shine by embracing a bright new future of his own.<\/p>\n

As of 3rd November, he was the proud owner of Radfield Home Care Tarporley & Mid Cheshire! It\u2019s been incredible this last year, or so, to hear from Rob how his whole perspective has shifted since he started working as a consultant for Radfield, and finally decided to start a whole new chapter in his life.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a hugely positive move for Rob, but also a really big deal for the Radfield franchise. Not only have they gained yet another great franchise partner, but also one who is deeply knowledgeable about franchises \u2013 and has chosen them from among the 100s of brands he is familiar with.<\/p>\n

Robert says that: \u201cMy time working with the Radfield Home Care franchise means I have an in-depth understanding of exactly what they\u2019re all about – their long-standing and genuine passion for their sector, their professionalism, brand, values and culture, their support to their network and the quality of those within it.<\/em><\/p>\n

Thanks to their extensive experience spanning more than 40 years in the care industry, Radfield have created the perfect roadmap for new partners to replicate their success.<\/p>\n

The first is now in the bag \u2013 hiring a registered Care Manager (pictured), the first major recruitment decision, and one which will set the tone for everything to come. The next big step will be to learn Radfield’s approach to attracting quality carers.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll be following Rob over the next few months as he hits milestone after milestone, and will be sure to share with you all the key moments as he leads the new go-to team in his region for high-quality, truly person-centric care.<\/p>\n
