It brings together some of the strongest franchise directors in our network to support new franchise owners through their early stages. It is not a sales piece. It is simply a brilliant step forward for our network and something we are really proud of.<\/p>\n<p>New franchise directors still receive full support from Head Office. The mentorship scheme is an additional layer that brings real lived experience into the mix.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what-it-takes-to-be-a-mentor\"><\/span><strong>What It Takes To Be A Mentor<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Our mentors have not been chosen by how long they have been in the network. They have been chosen because they run outstanding territories, look after their teams well, deliver excellent coaching every week and play a big part in helping children stay fit, active and smiling.<\/p>\n<p>They are people who consistently perform at the top. They have strong habits. They understand the challenges of running a new franchise. They care about helping others get it right. When franchise directors grow quicker and feel more confident, more sessions take place, more children get active and more families benefit.<\/p>\n<p>Stronger franchises mean more nursery sessions, more school programmes, more wraparound care, more holiday camps and more happy children. Over time this scheme will impact thousands of children across the United Kingdom. They are working together through weekly conversations, short accountability calls, goal setting and regular check ins. It is genuine support, not theory.<\/p>\n<p>It helps new franchise owners move faster, avoid common early challenges and find their rhythm sooner.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"early-success-after-only-eight-days\"><\/span><strong>Early Success After Only Eight Days<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Although the scheme has only just begun, the results have been outstanding.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 One mentee has already secured a brand new after school wraparound client worth around \u00a320,000 a year<br \/>\n\u2022 Other mentees have won new clients within the first week<br \/>\n\u2022 Several have generated thousands of pounds worth of leads<br \/>\n\u2022 All mentees have said how inspired they feel speaking directly with our top performers<\/p>\n<p>It is not just the mentees who are benefitting. Our mentors are learning what it feels like to support someone else from the other side. They are strengthening their own leadership skills. They are using ideas from their mentees inside their own businesses too. It is helping everyone grow.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"support-from-head-office-remains-exactly-the-same\"><\/span><strong>Support From Head Office Remains Exactly The Same<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This scheme does not replace anything. It simply adds more support. Every franchise director still receives the same help from us. The mentorship scheme is a commitment from us to develop our network even further and give our people every chance to succeed.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what-happens-next\"><\/span><strong>What Happens Next<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The pilot will run through the first quarter. We will share regular updates, wins and progress as we go. The early signs are incredibly positive. The energy across the four mentor groups has been brilliant and it feels like the start of something very special for our network.<\/p>\n<p>Most importantly, the children in our communities will be the ones who benefit the most.
