will soon be able to experience, after Jennifer Jenkins decided to join our flourishing franchise network.<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer\u2019s journey is deeply personal. She didn\u2019t discover CareYourWay through a brochure or advert, but rather at one of the hardest moments a family can face.<\/p>\n<p>After witnessing the difference truly compassionate care can make, she made the decision to help more people experience that same level of support in her own community.<\/p>\n<p>This is her remarkable story.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"a-career-built-on-compassion-and-clinical-excellence\"><\/span><b>A career built on compassion and clinical excellence <\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Jennifer brings extensive nursing and advanced practice experience into her new role as a CareYourWay franchisee. It\u2019s expertise that sits perfectly alongside our focus on quality, standards, and people-first care.<\/p>\n<p>She qualified as a nurse in 2002, working in A&amp;E before completing a Master\u2019s in Advanced Practice in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>She went on to work as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), while also teaching on the Masters programme at the University of Salford and gaining her Post Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice.<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, Jennifer moved into general practice as a senior ACP, where her work included supporting patients living with complex needs. She became the practice\u2019s frailty lead and managed medical care for residents in a care home that predominantly supported people with dementia.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a career defined by two key motivations: clinical excellence and staying true to the important values of dignity, empathy, and supporting people well through some of life\u2019s biggest challenges.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"a-journey-of-growth-and-impact\"><\/span><strong>A Journey of Growth and Impact<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Anna\u2019s story with CareYourWay began just under two years ago, when she joined as a Media and Marketing Assistant. Through hard work, creativity and commitment, she quickly progressed to the position of Head of Brand &amp; Marketing \u2013 a pivotal role in shaping how CareYourWay is seen by families, clients and franchise partners across the UK.<\/p>\n<p>In her time at the helm of brand and marketing, Anna has played a central part in raising awareness of our care services, supporting the recruitment of new franchise partners, and ensuring that the heart and values of our organisation \u2013 compassion, quality, respect \u2013 shine through. Her work supports not only clients who need care, but also potential franchisees looking to build a business grounded in trust and excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Receiving the Employee of the Year Award is a significant milestone for Anna. Near the end of her life, she received both poor and outstanding care. That outstanding care came from CareYourWay in Stockport, who couldn\u2019t do enough to support both my mum and our family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer\u2019s experiences with CareYourWay stayed with her. Knowing what truly compassionate care looks like makes all the difference when it comes to launching with confidence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI really feel prepared and ready to get going and make a difference to clients in my community. I have submitted my CQC application and am hoping to launch in early 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer will be leading the business with support close at hand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will be running it on my own initially until I recruit staff, but have excellent support from my husband who will help as required, particularly with finance and marketing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her goal once she business launches is clear: grow with quality care at the heart from day one.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"the-difference-jennifer-wants-to-make-in-macclesfield\"><\/span><b>The difference Jennifer wants to make in Macclesfield<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>While Jennifer has achieved a great deal in her career so far, her motivation now is rooted in giving others what her family received when it mattered most.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want clients to receive the same outstanding care that my mum did at the very end of her life. Clients must be happy, feel properly cared for and respected, and have their autonomy encouraged at all times.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s what I want to deliver to my community with CareYourWay.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer\u2019s aims reflect what modern, person-led home care should look like. It\u2019s not about taking over and rushing around, but listening to and supporting clients.
