Pacifica Local, the national appliance repair franchise, is kicking off 2026 with two significant milestones that showcase the growing belief in its franchise model. The brand is welcoming a new partner in Derby, Fawaz Ibrahim, while an established Oxford-based business run by Mark Linsey has rebranded to join the Pacifica Local network.<\/p>\n

After 12 years in senior retail operations, Fawaz launched Pacifica Local Derby on 6th January, combining his technical expertise with a franchise model built for growth. \u201cI\u2019d spent years in leadership roles, but I wanted to build something of my own where I could really use my technical and problem-solving skills. Pacifica Local gave me the structure, training, and operational support to do that, so I can focus on the hands-on work I genuinely enjoy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

With a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) qualification and a strong background in diagnostics, Fawaz saw Pacifica Local as the perfect fit. \u201cI\u2019ve got the independence to grow at my own pace but also the backing of a national brand that sets high standards and gives me a lot of confidence.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
