Sourced Living is delighted that just weeks after completing their induction training two new franchisees have\u00a0completed on\u00a0the fully funded acquisition of two well-established independent agencies, with a combined total of almost 500 managed properties.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dan Molkenthin and John Clark completed their induction training in February and were both\u00a0immediately\u00a0on the acquisition trail to buy established independent agencies. Thanks to the Sourced Living Assisted Acquisition\u00a0Programme, Dan quickly\u00a0completed on\u00a0Crucible Homes, which has offices in\u00a0Wickersley\u00a0and Chapeltown and in the coming weeks will be rebranded to Sourced Living Rotherham. John Clark is the new owner of Nationwide Estate Agents in Adlington \u2013 destined to become Sourced Living Chorley.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nationwide Estate Agency is a very well-established business, with 270 fully managed properties, plus a team of three people, which includes the\u00a0previous\u00a0owner, who have all been very welcoming. We recently held an open day for landlords and tenants, and the response was incredibly positive.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
