The property group is combining acquisition funding with its franchise model to help ambitious operators step into established estate and letting businesses.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sourced is planning to invest at least a further \u00a310 million in established estate and letting agencies, creating new opportunities for franchisees to take ownership of businesses with teams, clients and revenue already in place.<\/p>\n

The Warrington-based property group has completed four acquisitions this year, including national estate agency network Open House, and has around eight further acquisitions progressing through its pipeline. The majority are expected to complete before the end of 2026.<\/p>\n

Through Sourced Living\u2019s Assisted Acquisitions Programme, suitable franchisees can receive funding of up to 100% of an agreed agency purchase price, subject to due diligence and approval.<\/p>\n

Franchisees receive training, acquisition guidance, business systems and ongoing support to help them prepare for ownership and grow the business following completion.<\/p>\n

Sourced says some agency owners are bringing forward their succession plans as they consider the investment required to keep pace with new technology, artificial intelligence and increasing regulation.<\/p>\n

It gives them the opportunity to step into existing revenue, an experienced team and established client relationships without having to fund the full purchase personally.\u201d<\/p>\n

The model has already supported significant business growth within the Sourced network.<\/p>\n

In Devon, Sourced Living Partner Sara Watkins-Schmidt acquired Complete Estate Agency, adding four branches, 23 employees and 375 managed properties to her business. Her managed portfolio increased from 33 to 408 properties following the acquisition.<\/p>\n
