ActionCOACH UK is now one of just two franchise brands in the UK to have achieved 5-star franchisee satisfaction in every single year of the independent WorkBuzz Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark Survey since it began in 2013. Until this year, four brands shared that unbroken record. Now only ActionCOACH UK and TaxAssist can make that claim.<\/h3>\n

The latest results show the brand\u2019s commitment to its franchise partners is stronger than ever. This year, ActionCOACH UK recorded an impressive 84% Franchise Satisfaction Score, up from 78% in 2025, with franchise partners giving particularly glowing feedback on the training, support and strong sense of community across the network.<\/p>\n

For Julie Wagstaff, Managing Director of ActionCOACH UK, the milestone is a source of immense pride: \u201cSeeing that group get smaller this year makes it mean even more. Staying at five stars for 14 years isn\u2019t something you can take for granted, and being one of only two brands to do it is a fantastic achievement.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut what matters most is hearing that our franchise partners genuinely value the support and community around them. It\u2019s recognition that our model works and allows us to continue having a meaningful impact on thousands of business owners up and down the country.\u201d<\/p>\n

Headline results include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 98% agreed the continuous training and field support helps them successfully grow their businesses
\n\u2022 96% praised the strength of peer support, with franchise partners regularly sharing knowledge and best practice
\n\u2022 93% said they were proud to be part of the ActionCOACH franchise
\n\u2022 93% expressed confidence in the proven franchise system.<\/p>\n

Looking to the future, 83% of franchise partners expect their profitability to improve over the next 12 months, while 81% report a reasonable balance between their work and family lives, reflecting the opportunities available beyond financial performance alone.<\/p>\n

\u201cFourteen consecutive years of five-star satisfaction is extremely rare. This year, the number of brands with a perfect record since the survey began has halved, which shows just how hard it is to sustain,\u201d said Sharon Weston, Head of Franchising at WorkBuzz. \u201cActionCOACH UK hasn\u2019t just maintained it, it has raised its overall satisfaction score by six percentage points, which is particularly impressive for a brand with such a long-standing track record of success.<\/p>\n

\u201cMaintaining this level of satisfaction year after year is an outstanding achievement and sends a powerful message to prospective franchise partners about the quality of the network they could be joining.\u201d<\/p>\n

WorkBuzz independently measures franchisee satisfaction across hundreds of franchise brands, providing valuable insight into the quality of training, systems, leadership and support available to franchise owners. Its annual Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark Survey offers an independent assessment of franchise performance and a recognised measure of excellence within the industry.<\/p>\n
