Franchisees have given top marks across a variety of questions relating to how happy they are with their franchise business.<\/h3>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall positive responses were 99% (up from 95% last year)<\/li>\n<li>Initial training &#8211; 100% rated it good or better<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing training &#8211; 100% rated it good or better<\/li>\n<li>Head Office cares &#8211; 100% agree<\/li>\n<li>Leadership has a clear vision &#8211; 100% agree<\/li>\n<li>Franchisor believes in continual improvement &#8211; 100% agree<\/li>\n<li>Franchisees treated fairly &#8211; 100% agree<\/li>\n<li>Trust in franchisor &#8211; 100% agree<\/li>\n<li>100% rated long term prospects as good or better<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diamond Home Support Managing Director, Andrew Watton, said \u201cThese results show that our franchisees continue to benefit from the support we have put in place for our network.
