More than 1,200 CareGivers completed the anonymised survey across the Right at Home network.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We want our CareGivers to feel cared for and supported in the same way that they care for others in our communities and by taking part in this survey annually, we are showing our commitment to continuous improvement.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steven Frost, CEO of\u00a0WorkBuzz, commented:<\/strong><em> \u201cAt\u00a0WorkBuzz, we\u2019re passionate about improving people\u2019s working lives. We created this award to recognise the best workplace cultures where employees are proud to work, are motivated to do more, and want to stay for the foreseeable future. We love\u00a0working with\u00a0Right at Home who truly care about their employee\u2019s experience and have worked hard to ensure they create a culture where their people can thrive.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In addition, almost 50% of the Right at Home offices that took part in the survey were awarded local 5* employer recognition, which is achieved by gaining an engagement score of 90 or above.<\/p>\n<p>Right at Home is currently calling for caring and compassionate people to join its team of CareGivers to help those most vulnerable during the coronavirus pandemic.
