{"id":7099,"date":"2020-10-27T08:08:12","date_gmt":"2020-10-27T08:08:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.franchiselocal.co.uk\/news\/?p=7099"},"modified":"2020-10-26T14:09:47","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T14:09:47","slug":"contract-services-super-september","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.franchiselocal.co.uk\/news\/contract-services-super-september\/","title":{"rendered":"Contract Services Super September"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading Time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt; 1<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minute<\/span><\/span><p>It has certainly been a S<em>uper September<\/em>\u00a0for welcoming new franchise owners in to our ServiceMaster Contract Services franchise, as we have welcomed\u00a0<b>three\u00a0<\/b>new\u00a0business owners, and sold\u00a0<strong>seven\u00a0<\/strong>individual territories.\u00a0<strong>Four\u00a0<\/strong>of those are additional licences for existing franchisees.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the present situation surrounding the restrictions brought by Covid-19, all new business owners were able to sit the academy virtually ahead of starting their new businesses officially soon after completion.<\/p>\n<p>Business partners\u00a0<strong>Michal Kawerski\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Dariusz Kowalik\u00a0<\/strong>are the proud new owners of\u00a0<strong>ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services Warwick<\/strong>. The pair are no strangers to the contract cleaning sector having already set up a commercial cleaning business that they felt needed the help and support of an established brand such as what we can offer at ServiceMaster Clean. Their decision to join our franchise was almost a year in the making before finally joining our training academy this September.<\/p>\n<p>We also welcomed\u00a0<strong>Asim Sibtain<\/strong>as the new owner of\u00a0<strong>ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services Kensington &amp; Wembley\u00a0<\/strong>after he spent two years researching our franchise opportunity following a recommendation from an existing franchise owner of ours. Asim\u2019s career background was spent in banking and finance which helped him to decide on our franchise because the numbers added up for him.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, existing Merry Maids business owner\u00a0<strong>Amandip Bahia\u00a0<\/strong>decided to further invest in our family of brands by purchasing not one, but two\u00a0<strong>ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services\u00a0<\/strong>licences in\u00a0<strong>Nottingham\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Derby<\/strong>.
