Nigel had spent nearly 15 years of his career working in professional sales. He had a track record of achieving great results and hitting phenomenal numbers.<\/p>\n

In October 2017 he was unfortunately made redundant from his job as his employer had decided to move the business in a different direction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the first time in his life, Nigel found himself at a bit of a crossroads- he had a young family to support and wasn\u2019t very happy about working as an employee anymore. He decided he wanted to run his own business and live life on his own terms and be his own boss, and have more time and financial freedom.<\/p>\n

The problem he found himself in, was that he didn\u2019t have a proven system that would work, he didn\u2019t know how to generate clients and deliver for them. He wanted to find a model\/system which could prove to be lifechanging.<\/p>\n

What SME Skills did for Nigel<\/strong><\/h4>\n

After successfully completing our recruitment process we decided to offer Nigel a position as a franchise consultant and he decided to jump on the opportunity and commence the journey of being his own boss.<\/p>\n

We started him on our 2 day franchisee induction training, we then took him a 180 day intensive launch program to really help him get his first few clients and grow his franchise business.<\/p>\n

Finally, we helped him by talking to him weekly to really figure out his mindset and stay on track with his game plan so that he could get the results which he deserved.<\/p>\n

In his first year, he worked with nearly 20 clients- from all different industries. One of his most recent clients \u2013 he helped them to increase their sales by 75 % in just 3 weeks!<\/p>\n

The Results<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Nigel struggled in the beginning to generate clients- in particular with his mindset and his mentality towards generating business.<\/p>\n

We decided to spend some intensive time with Nigel as we felt he had huge potential.<\/p>\n

In his first 12 months with SME Skills he made over \u00a330,000- working with over 10 clients. Now breaking into his second year he already has a pipeline of clients which will generate him \u00a3100,000.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s fair to say that with Nigel one of the biggest changes was his mindset towards business and his ability to close prospects efficiently. He says that he developed this by having the weekly calls and the monthly meetings as this helped him to keep his development on track.<\/p>\n
