Pink Spaghetti is absolutely thrilled and honoured that we have WON ‘Best Franchise – Under 2m’ at the prestigious Best Franchise Awards 2020\/21, sponsored by Lloyds Bank.<\/p>\n

The awards were developed to recognise the top franchises within the UK. What makes these awards unique is they are based on feedback from thousands of franchisees \u2013 meaning they highlight the best franchises out there.<\/p>\n

To be a finalist in the awards, franchisors must have taken part in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark programme. Franchisees are asked to complete a confidential online survey, rating their franchisor on qualities such as initial training, ongoing support, their relationship with the franchisor and whether they would recommend the franchise to a prospective franchisee. The top-performing franchisors are then put forward as finalists in the Best Franchise Awards. Pink Spaghetti had a 100% response rate and came away with an impressive overall score of 94%.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s finalists were asked to present to a panel of franchise experts about their response to Covid 19. Co-Founder Caroline Gowing commented: \u201c2020 was an extremely challenging year for small businesses and we wanted to make sure that we supported our franchisees and their customers to not only survive but thrive.\u201d<\/p>\n

Feedback from the judging panel was equally high with one judge commenting: \u201cI was blown away by the level of support the network has offered franchisees, from specialist support programmes through to additional training and advice. Incredible achievement for their franchisees to grow as they have, testament to the team behind the network.\u201d<\/p>\n
