National homecare franchise Right at Home UK is the proud recipient of a 5* Employer Award for a third consecutive year. This comes from the results of a network-wide anonymised CareGiver Satisfaction Survey, run annually by the independent research company, WorkBuzz.<\/p>\n

In addition to\u00a0the network\u2019s national award, 27 individual\u00a0Right at Home offices also achieved local 5* Employer status.<\/p>\n

A total of 1,821 CareGivers took part in the Satisfaction Survey \u2013 highlights from the results include:<\/p>\n

  • 93% would recommend Right at Home\u2019s care services<\/li>\n
  • 93% are proud to work for Right at Home<\/li>\n
  • 90% of CareGivers would recommend Right at Home as a great place to work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Commenting on the results of the CareGiver Satisfaction Survey, Ken Deary, Right at Home UK\u2019s CEO commented: \u201cThe network\u2019s investment in this annual survey reflects our commitment to ensuring the very best training and support for our care teams.<\/p>\n

    \u201cOur CareGivers are the beating heart of our business and without them, we would not be able to deliver the high-quality care we are known for, so these surveys\u00a0really\u00a0are of great importance to us. From the results, each office will devise a plan of action to respond and implement changes, based on the\u00a0valuable\u00a0feedback provided\u00a0by our CareGivers.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The network also invests in an annual Client Satisfaction Survey. This year\u2019s survey was completed by 980 Clients and highlights from the survey include:<\/p>\n

    • 97% agreed their CareGivers make a positive difference<\/li>\n
    • 96% of Clients surveyed would recommend Right at Home<\/li>\n
    • 95% said their CareGivers are well matched to their care needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Ken added: \u201cTo receive these results, based on the past 12 months where we have worked against a very challenging landscape, is a fantastic achievement and pays testimony to the tremendous efforts of our network.<\/p>\n

      Fresh on the back of these results, on Friday 23 April at the national Home Care Awards, Right at Home UK was once again recognised for its staff wellbeing, recruitment and retention. The provider won the award for \u2018Recruitment, Retention and Staff Expertise\u2019\u00a0and\u00a0Right at Home\u2019s\u00a0Portsmouth\u00a0office\u00a0was announced as the winner of the \u2018Team Support\u2019 category.
