Radfield Home Care has welcomed a local pharmacist to its expanding franchise network in Chichester & Bognor Regis.<\/p>\n

Following a career operating his own pharmacies since 2009, Omair Javed is joining Radfield with a wealth of experience working first hand with his older pharmacy patients in the community – something which really highlighted to him the demand for high quality home care services.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy experience in community pharmacy and dealing with patients’ medical care, especially older patients, drew my attention to the wider care sector. In my pharmacy practice, I regularly get indirectly involved with patients\u2019 care at various levels, either by liaising with their carer, speaking with relatives or contacting their healthcare provider,\u201d Omair explains.<\/p>\n

With a background already operating his own businesses within a regulated sector, Omair already has an excellent understanding on what quality care looks like, how to exceed the regulatory expectations and how to operate a successful business. However, even with this wealth of experience, he decided franchising with Radfield was the best option for him: \u201cAfter extensive research, I came to the conclusion that franchising is the best option for me to start this venture.\u201d<\/p>\n

He is currently working with the support team to prepare his business for trading later in the year; attaining industry regulation approval, recruiting his core office team and beginning marketing his services to clients and Care Professionals in the local area.<\/p>\n
