Hi guys I’m 6 months into owning and purchase of the Pets 2 places franchise up here in Pontefract & Wakefield, I’m not new to business so knew how much hard work setting a company is from scratch, however the leap frog in time that the franchise has give me is insane, for example the logos & sign writing all ready to go, website is up and running from day one and no running costs which is fantastic. Flyers and posters again all done so no stress. The uniforms again all sorted with out any time from my self along with training, hotels paid and booked for me, lunch on training all sorted, booked on a first aid course when dates suited myself all done, safety equipment and the correct and best on the market at this moment of review no corners cut or cheap alternative, So I’m banging on a bit but every single thing I needed I got for the flying start Even the best accountant in the UK so that’s worth its weight in gold. So support is massive, Claire really puts the graft in to make everything run smooth and I’m still 6 months in drawing on her knowledge. When you need anything or advice I simply pick up the phone and Boom !!! Claire has given me the time and that in its self is amazing. It feels Great being part of the Pets 2 Places Team. I love everyday is different. Helping, Caring & working with pets & people is the best feeling in the world. It’s a proven business model that works. Bottom line for me is “I get to leave my mark on the world”.

Had a last minute pet taxi request and found Chris via a quick Google search. What a smooth and a breezy transaction I had. Communication with him was easy, straight forward and clear. The job was well done, he clearly cares for the animals he transports and takes care of their comfort and well being. We had some difficulties with the payment logistics due to the banks but it wasnt a hassle as we communicated well. As an animal rescuer who relies a lot on animal related services, working with Chris has been a pleasant experience and I 100% recommend him to others.

Huge thank you to Nic! She came all the way to Halesowen to take me and my dog to the groomers, and bought us back too, all for a surprisingly reasonable price. On top of that, she's a lovely lady and her vehicle is perfect for dogs. Eleven out of ten service.

I approached Claire for the franchise opportunity after reading the extensive information on their Website. I was invited for interview and had an online chat with Claire. It was informal and very interesting. I used to run a business and felt that I understood the Pets2places business model but I was wrong, there was a great deal more to this impressive business, and Claire is an excellant communicator.
