Martha is an expert in management, leadership, human resources, consulting, and customer service.
As Global leader of HR shared services and people analytics at Cooper Standard Auto, Martha built a department from the ground up to support HR back office, call center, and payroll activities. She also built a people analytics department to track and measure the impact of global HR programs.
