Who is Mark Brandenberger?
Mark Brandenberger is a seasoned expert in business management, operations, business development, accounting, finance, and leadership. Mark has made significant impacts throughout his career, including at Strategic Capital Companies, where he held a prominent position.
At Strategic Capital Companies, a financial services company providing alternative investments to financial intermediaries, Mark served as the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. During his five years there, he played a pivotal role in building the company from the ground up. Mark, alongside three partners, secured financing, developed infrastructure, and hired a talented team. His contributions were instrumental in the company’s success.
Why did Mark make a career change?
After the sale of Strategic Capital Companies, Mark embarked on a career change and became a business owner in a franchise system. He ran his own business, which he eventually sold in 2022. Mark’s desire to continue being a business owner drove his career transition.

Outside of his professional life, Mark has an intriguing personal achievement. He competed in a bicycle race across the United States by serving as captain of a 4-man team that completed the grueling 3,070-mile route in an impressive time of 6 days, 17 hours, and 34 minutes. This demonstrates Mark’s determination, endurance, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Mark attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he obtained his B.S. in Business Administration.
