Last month, CEO Drew Beckett took some of his new franchise partners to Spain to live their own BeckettHanlon experience. Together they met with one of our reputable and trusted developers who showcased their portfolio of new properties and gave an insight into their history and the vision upon which their success has been built on. The partners then spent a valuable morning in the company of international lawyers who talked them through the legal process of buying property safely.

Some BeckettHanlon clients may need a mortgage to buy their dream property overseas, which is why it was essential for the team to meet with representatives from one of the Spanish banks frequently used by BeckettHanlon to get their clients the best possible mortgage deals. It was an added bonus for the new partners to meet a couple from Ireland that were in Spain to finalise the mortgage and legal arrangements of their new purchase, bought through one of the existing BeckettHanlon franchise partners.
