Originally formed in 1996, Green Cleen has since been expanded throughout the UK, Australia, Canada, Norway, and South Africa via a network of franchisees who all offer professional, effective, environmentally friendly, fully licensed and insured bin washing using specialist bin washing equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products.
In the beginning, Green Cleen started life as a simple bin cleaning service operating in the High Wycombe area of Buckinghamshire, before buying out the manufacturer of its original equipment.
This led to the formation of a franchise opportunity which the company now runs alongside its two company-run bin washing services.
Today, Green Cleen provide fully licensed and insured onsite wheelie bin and commercial waste container cleaning to both the public and commercial clients including care homes, housing
associations, waste contractors, councils, letting agencies, FM companies and hospitals. Warwick University, the Port of Dover, the MOD, Biffa and Tesco are among the firm’s renowned clientele.
Currently, Green Cleen have 20 UK Franchises of which two of these are company owned and a further six overseas including four Master Franchises. This incredible success can be attributed to
the team behind this unique idea building the most effective, affordable bin washing equipment on the market.
After all, Green Cleen has the only round management software bespoke to its industry and award-winning customer backup and support. Additionally, the group is the only bin cleaning franchise
which has two companies within its own franchise. This keeps the group’s senior team in touch and up to date with the industry, its Franchisees operate in and ensures that they continue to offer a cutting-edge solution to their clients and needs.
Seeking to enhance this already phenomenal success, over the coming months Green Cleen plans to expand its UK presence with the launch of three new UK Franchises plus another in the Republic of Ireland. The group will also be looking to expand the franchise into the USA via a US Master Franchise. These developments will ensure that Green Cleen continues to flourish and offers many exciting opportunities for all those involved with this dynamic and ever-evolving franchise.
