Case Study: Joanne Wilsden – Mid Suffolk and Cambridge

Franchise Area: I purchased Mid Suffolk in 2018, after exploring other property related businesses, but was really impressed with the No Letting Go brand and training programme.

Successes: I have established a core group of local clients, and combined with the national account work, I have achieved steady growth from a new start up situation. I feel very confident about my growth potential and took the bold step to buy a second territory, so now also own Cambridge.

Challenges: Recruiting the right clerks, has been a challenge for me, and I’m still experimenting the best way to do this in my area. I have a great clerk in Cambridge, which Head Office sourced for me, and I now need to match this in mid-suffolk.

Best Bits about the job: I really enjoy being my own boss and having that flexibility. Now, my income is starting to steadily increase, im enjoying that too!

Sales and Marketing Tip: Be consistent. I call on agents on a regular basis and use Mailchimp to send out communications once a month, which has delivered me some really good leads.

Plans/Ambitions for next 12 months: Recruit another clerk, expand my database for marketing purposes and develop more client relationships in both territories.
