This month Diamond Home Support celebrates 10 years in franchising!
The first Diamond Home Support franchise was sold in February 2011 and the network has grown in strength since. There are now 70 active franchisees across the UK delivering important local services – cleaning, home help and gardening.
Managing Director, Andrew Watton, reflects on the decade past – “I initially started running a local cleaning business and had great success. There was clearly a real need for what we were offering. I didn’t know it at the time, but it just so happens we were then on the verge of a real boom in domestic cleaning, mainly driven by the under 35s.
That boom in demand has continued now for many years, and has helped us to build a large, resilient franchise network.
We have learnt an awful lot over ten years and franchises who join us now have a wealth of experience to tap into when they join.
Essentially we know in great detail what it takes for someone to build a successful cleaning, home help and gardening business. We convey that message in a very accessible way and make it straight forward for new franchisees to know what to do to succeed.
I very much look forward to another 10 years and helping more franchisees succeed in areas where we are not currently active.”
In addition to celebrating 10 years the team at Diamond Home Support are celebrating once again by being listed in the Elite Franchise Top 100 list of franchises for 2021.
