Diamond Home Support has just had its busiest month of the year so far, and one of the busiest it has ever had.

In July enquiries increased by 25% on June and August has continued in the same fashion. Diamond Home Support’s Managing Director Andrew Watton said:

“Enquiry levels have been building month on month this year and are certainly back to pre-covid levels, if not busier! Many franchisees are now building waiting lists of customers as they work their way through the surge in demand. Over the last three months we have seen record numbers of new customer sign ups.

After a year of uncertainty customers are now coming to us in large numbers to ask us for help across all of our services, including: domestic cleaning, home help and gardening.

I am delighted that we have also been able to expand our franchise network over the past six months to cover new territories with a number of new franchisees. Diamond Home Support has never covered so many parts of the UK. We estimate we now have about 60% coverage across the country.

We are also experiencing higher interest in the franchise opportunity. There really has never been a better time to join us and share in the success.”

Diamond Home Support is 10 years old and has a network of over 70 franchisees. The business model allows franchisees to offer three local services including: domestic cleaning, home help and gardening.
